Took these on a long flight and felt fine the whole time, even with everyone around me sniffling. The lozenges dissolve slowly enough that I wasn't popping them every five minutes.

The elderberry blends in smoothly so it doesn't have that harsh metallic aftertaste I usually get from zinc. I've been taking one every morning and honestly feel like my winter sniffles have stayed away.

Flavor’s got a nice sweetness that doesn’t feel like I’m chewing on a vitamin, and the zinc plus elderberry combo makes it easy to get my daily immune support without any gross aftertaste. I keep a tin by my desk and grab one whenever I feel a tickle coming on. Definitely a staple in my routine now.
