My mom's been on me about my sugar numbers forever, and after a month with these capsules my post-meal readings are noticeably steadier. The Berbevis extract is a nice touch since it feels like a more concentrated dose in a single pill.

I’ve been taking this with breakfast for about six weeks, and the capsule size is surprisingly easy to swallow, which matters to me. My energy feels steadier through the afternoon, and the Berbevis extract gives me confidence it’s a quality source.

Three months in and my fasting glucose readings have dropped noticeably, which is exactly what I hoped for when I started taking these. The Berbevis form is easy on my stomach too, no jitters or digestive complaints like I've had with other supplements.
