My hair has always been thin and shedding a lot, so I tried this mainly for the biotin and keratin combo. Two months in, the shedding has calmed down noticeably and I'm seeing baby hairs along my hairline. The lutein was a nice bonus I didn't expect to care about.

I've been taking this for about two months and my hair is noticeably less brittle, which I didn't expect from a supplement with biotin and keratin in one pill. The lutein angle is a nice bonus since I stare at screens all day. Capsules are a bit large but easy enough to swallow with water.
