Multivitamin Metabolism

Two capsules with breakfast and I actually notice I'm not crashing mid-afternoon anymore. The metabolism angle is a nice bonus on top of the usual vitamin coverage, though I mostly bought it for the energy.

I've been taking this for about a month alongside my morning walks, and the B-vitamin blend seems to keep my energy steadier through the afternoon slump. Nice that it's formulated for adults of any age, so my husband and I can both take the same bottle.

Two weeks in and my afternoon energy slump is basically gone, which I didn't expect from a multivitamin. I like that it's aimed at metabolism support too, so I'm not juggling a separate pill for that.
