My doctor switched me to these capsules and the 60-count bottle has lasted exactly as promised. They’re easy to swallow, no aftertaste, and I’ve noticed my energy feels steadier by mid-afternoon. Glad I found this form for prenatal support.

I’ve been taking these for about three weeks now, and the 120-capsule bottle is a solid value for daily use. They’re easy to fit into my morning routine alongside other prenatal vitamins, and they don’t upset my stomach at all.

These capsules are so easy to swallow, which matters when you're taking them daily for prenatal support. I've noticed a real difference in my energy levels since I started the 60-count bottle, and the dosage feels right for my needs.
