My daughter used to fight bedtime for an hour, but since starting this she's out in about fifteen minutes. The 1 mg strength feels gentle enough that I'm not worried about her being groggy the next morning.
The 1 mg dose is just right for my 6-year-old, no grogginess the next morning like we had with a higher dose gummy. Bath, book, melatonin, and he's out in about 20 minutes now.
