I've been taking these every morning with breakfast for about three weeks and my afternoon energy dip is noticeably less brutal. The superfood blend is packed into one capsule instead of the handful of powders I used to choke down, which is the main reason I've actually stuck with it.
The capsules are easy to swallow and I've noticed way less bloating after lunch since I started the five complex blend about three weeks ago. Taking one with my morning coffee has become a habit I actually stick to.
I started taking these with breakfast about three weeks ago and my afternoon slump has basically disappeared. The 5 superfood complexes are what sold me, and I like that it's all in one capsule instead of a handful of separate powders.
