My sinuses usually make spring miserable, but two weeks on this and I'm actually sleeping through the night again. The quercetin and stinging nettle combo seems to be doing the heavy lifting.

Spring allergies hit me hard this year, so I gave this a shot and the quercetin plus MSM combo actually made a difference within about a week. I still sneeze occasionally, but the constant sinus pressure that used to ruin my mornings is basically gone.

I've tried a few nettle capsules before and they always felt weak, but this one has quercetin and MSM in the mix too and my mornings in April were noticeably easier. Two capsules with breakfast and I stopped dreading the pollen count.
