Finally found a D3 dose that actually fits my morning routine without needing food to choke down. I've been taking it for about three weeks now and my energy feels steadier through the afternoon slump. The softgel is easy to swallow and I appreciate that it's high-potency enough that I only need one
The softgel size is honestly perfect for a 10000 IU dose, no awkward choking or aftertaste at all. I've been taking one after breakfast and my energy levels feel steadier through the afternoon, which is exactly what I was hoping for from a senior-friendly supplement.
Took these daily for about six weeks now, and my blood work showed my levels finally in the normal range after years of being deficient. The 10000 IU potency is obviously doing the job, and the softgel size is manageable for an older adult like me.
