Three weeks in and my milk supply has noticeably increased, which honestly surprised me since fenugreek usually does nothing for me. The red raspberry leaf blend is easy on my stomach too, even on days when I forget to eat properly.
I was skeptical about another supplement, but the blend with Red Raspberry and the other herbs felt gentle on my stomach, which was a huge relief. Three weeks in, my supply is steadier and I've stopped worrying about those late-afternoon dips.
The capsules are small enough that I don’t dread taking them three times a day, and I’ve noticed a real difference in how full my baby feels after nursing sessions since starting these. I appreciate that it’s not just fenugreek, but a whole blend of herbs I recognize from the label.
