The capsules are surprisingly easy to swallow, no fishy aftertaste at all throughout the day. Since adding these to my routine a few weeks ago, I notice my joints feel less creaky during my morning runs.
I’ve been taking these capsules after breakfast for about six weeks, and the EPA and DHA content feels like it’s doing its job—my focus in the afternoon is noticeably steadier. The softgels are easy to swallow, no fishy aftertaste at all.
