甘氨酸鎂軟糖

I was skeptical about gummies for sleep, but these actually help me wind down without that groggy feeling the next morning. The texture is pleasantly chewy and not overly sweet, which makes taking them before bed feel like a treat rather than a chore.

These have become part of my nightly wind-down, and the taste is genuinely pleasant which makes the routine easy to stick to. They digest way better than the capsules I used to take, and I feel noticeably more relaxed within about an hour of eating two.

I've tried other magnesium pills that upset my stomach, but these gummies are gentle and I actually look forward to taking them each night. They taste pleasant and I've noticed I fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night.
