I've tried a few magnesium powders that left me groggy the next morning, but this chelated version doesn't do that at all. The black pepper inclusion seems to help it actually absorb, and my muscle tension after workouts has noticeably eased up.

I take one with dinner and I'm out cold by 10 without that groggy morning hangover. The chelated form really does seem gentler on my stomach than the oxide stuff I tried before.
