Victoria ★★★★★

The methylcobalamin form absorbs way better than the tablets I used to take. I take one in the morning and actually notice the difference by early afternoon, no crash around 3pm anymore.

I switched to this after my old cyanocobalamin pills did basically nothing for my afternoon crashes. Two weeks in and I'm actually staying awake through my 3pm meetings without a second coffee. The tablets are small enough to swallow without water, which is a nice bonus.

Charlotte O. ★★★★★

The methylcobalamin form is what sold me, since it's supposed to absorb better than the cyanocobalamin in my old cheap bottle. Two weeks in and that 3pm slump isn't hitting like it used to.
