Took this daily after a rough bout of antibiotics wrecked my digestion, and the powder mixes cleanly into my morning shake with zero clumpy residue. Gut issues have quieted down considerably and my skin looks less blotchy too.
My stomach has felt noticeably calmer since I started taking this, and my skin looks clearer too. I just mix a scoop into my smoothie each morning. It's been about a month now and I really notice the difference in my gut.
The powder dissolves clean in my morning smoothie, which I appreciate since I hate gritty supplements. I'm noticing steadier energy and my skin looks clearer after using it for about two weeks.
