I was skeptical about taking apple cider vinegar in a capsule, but these go down easy with no vinegar aftertaste at all. The prebiotic fiber blend seems to be helping my digestion after meals. Two months in and I'm still reordering.
The fiber in these capsules makes a huge difference compared to straight vinegar, no more burning throat in the morning. I take two with breakfast and my digestion has been way more regular after about three weeks.
