Kapsul ParaGuard

The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any weird aftertaste, which I appreciate. I've been taking one after dinner for two weeks and my gut feels noticeably calmer and less bloated by morning.

Three weeks in and my digestion feels noticeably calmer after meals, especially since each capsule packs both Wormwood and Pumpkin Seed in one go. I take one with breakfast and one with dinner, and the garlic bulb hasn't caused any burping or odor like I worried it might.

I was a little skeptical about another herbal supplement, but the pumpkin seed and garlic blend is exactly what my stomach needed. Taking two caps with breakfast has kept things regular and bloat-free for the past month.
