I've been adding this to my morning shake for three weeks now, and the focus during my workouts is noticeably sharper. The powder dissolves cleanly with no clumping, which I appreciate since I hate gritty textures. Recovery feels quicker too, even on days I push heavier.
Mixes effortlessly into my morning shake with zero grit, which is more than I can say for cheaper powders I've tried. The added D-Ribose seems to make a real difference in how dialed-in I feel during afternoon workouts.
I'm a year into using this regularly and the combo with D-Ribose is why I keep buying it. It dissolves easily enough in my morning shake and I've noticed my recovery between workouts feels noticeably smoother, even on days I don't sleep great.
