Zahler Ashwagandha on täysspektrinen orgaaninen uute, joka on saatu Ashwagandha-kasvin (Withania somnifera) juuresta. Kahdeksan viikkoa kestäneessä lumekontrolloidussa kliinisessä tutkimuksessa havaittiin, että 600 mg tätä ainutlaatuista ashwagandha-uutetta paransi henkistä energiaa ja edisti rentoutumista.
I've been taking one capsule of this at 600 mg with my morning coffee for about three weeks, and the afternoon slump I used to fight around 3pm has mostly stopped. It's just the root extract, no fillers that upset my stomach like some blends did.
Two weeks in and I'm actually sleeping through the night instead of waking at 3am. The 600mg dose matches what the clinical trial used, which is why I picked this one over the lower-dose capsules.
I've tried a few ashwagandha extracts and this organic root one actually feels different—my evenings are noticeably calmer without any grogginess the next morning. The 600 mg dose matches what the clinical trial used, which is why I picked it, and the capsules go down easy with water.
