Magnesium Gummibärchen gemischte Sorten

My kids actually ask for these instead of candy, which says everything about the taste. The mixed flavors mask the magnesium completely, and I’ve noticed they settle down much faster before bed since we started them.

These have been a game-changer for our bedtime routine. My daughter thinks she's getting a treat, but I know the magnesium is helping her little muscles and nerves wind down. They're soft and the mixed flavors are a hit with both my kids.

My kids actually remind me to take these now, which says a lot since getting them to swallow anything is usually a battle. The mixed flavors are genuinely pleasant, not that chalky vitamin taste I was braced for. I've noticed a real difference in how quickly they settle down before bed.
