I've been taking these for about six weeks now and I actually notice fewer of those annoying flare-ups. The probiotic blend seems to make a real difference compared to plain cranberry pills I tried before. Easy to swallow too, no weird aftertaste.

The D-mannose plus cranberry combo is what sold me, and after a few weeks my recurring UTIs have genuinely calmed down. I take two capsules with breakfast and haven't had that urgency feeling since.

I've been taking this for about two months now and the D-Mannose plus cranberry combo seems to actually be doing something. Fewer of those annoying UT issues that used to pop up every couple months. The capsules are easy to swallow too, no weird aftertaste.
