I’ve been taking two capsules each morning with breakfast and the sustained energy through my afternoon workouts is exactly what I hoped for. The clinical validation angle sold me originally, but the fact that it doesn’t upset my stomach like other supplements is a huge plus.
Three weeks in and I'm noticing a real difference in my afternoon slump—the energy from these capsules feels clean, not jittery like coffee. The clinically validated shilajit is what sold me, and the Max Catalyst blend seems to help it absorb well since I feel it within about an hour of taking them.
The blister pack makes it easy to track my daily dose, and after four weeks of taking one capsule with breakfast, my afternoon slump has pretty much disappeared without any jitters. Even on heavy gym days, my recovery feels noticeably smoother than before.
