I’ve been taking magnesium on and off for years, but this citrate form finally feels like it’s doing something for my twitchy leg muscles and overall calm before bed. The fact that it also helps draw water into the intestines is a bonus I didn’t expect—digestion has been smoother too.

My calves were cramping every night, so I started taking this before bed. Three weeks in and I’m sleeping through the night without the charley horses, and I’ve noticed the water retention in my midsection has eased up noticeably.

These cramps in my calves were waking me up every night, but after a week of taking these with dinner they've pretty much stopped. The citrate form seems to absorb well for me and I noticed it does help keep things regular too.
