I drink the berry mix about 20 minutes before my afternoon workout and the clean energy kicks in smoothly without the jittery feeling I’ve gotten from other powders. Also nice that it’s plant-powered, so no weird stomach issues, and I haven’t hit that dreaded crash afterward.
The berry flavor tastes like a melted popsicle and mixes clean without clumps, which I appreciate at 6 a.m. I’ve been using it before afternoon workouts and I’m still alert hours later with no jittery fallout or headache.
