Zahler Ashwagandha je plnospektrální organický extrakt získaný z kořene rostliny Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera). Osmtýdenní klinická studie s placebem prokázala, že 600 mg této jedinečné formy extraktu ashwagandhy zlepšuje duševní energii a podporuje relaxaci.

I've tried a few ashwagandha extracts and this organic root one actually feels different—my evenings are noticeably calmer without any grogginess the next morning. The 600 mg dose matches what the clinical trial used, which is why I picked it, and the capsules go down easy with water.
