My doctor switched me to these capsules and the 60-count bottle has lasted exactly as promised. They’re easy to swallow, no aftertaste, and I’ve noticed my energy feels steadier by mid-afternoon. Glad I found this form for prenatal support.

I’ve been taking these for about three weeks now, and the 120-capsule bottle is a solid value for daily use. They’re easy to fit into my morning routine alongside other prenatal vitamins, and they don’t upset my stomach at all.
