My morning readings have been more stable since I started these, and I like that the berberine and cinnamon bark are combined in one capsule instead of taking separate pills. The bottle lasted me the full month with no stomach upset, which was my main worry.

My fasting glucose has crept down about 15 points since I started taking these with breakfast, and the berberine capsules don't upset my stomach like some other brands did. The cinnamon bark in the blend is a nice touch, and I've noticed I'm not getting those mid-afternoon energy crashes anymore.

Three weeks in and my morning readings have settled into a noticeably steadier range. The cinnamon bark and berberine combo seems to be doing its job without any stomach upset.
