علكات البيوتين

These gummies have been a game-changer for my kids' morning routine. My son's nails were peeling constantly, and after a few weeks of the kosher biotin, they're noticeably stronger and smoother. The fact that they're gummies means no fighting over a pill, which is worth its weight in gold.

My daughter actually reminds me to take these with her every morning now — the kosher certification was a big plus for us. Three weeks in and her nails are definitely growing in stronger, less peeling at the tips.

These gummies have been a surprisingly easy part of our morning routine; even my picky eater asks for them. We're about six weeks in and I've definitely noticed her hair looks shinier at the ends, which makes me feel like the biotin is doing its job.
